Key features and Benefits of Mainline for the BER:

1) Flexible access to power

The revolutionary Mainline power track system allows flexible and scalable access to power at any point along the Mainline track. Power outlets can quickly and simply be added, moved or removed as required by class size and needs.

2) Safety

By eliminating the need for extension cords, double adapters and power boards the Mainline system reduces the physical hazard and fire risk associated with the traditional method of accessing additional power.

3) Green credentials

All components in the Mainline system are recyclable – in addition to the fact that the whole system can easily be removed and relocated. The Mainline system can be relayed to a single switch so that the teacher can turn off all power to the classroom when leaving, thereby eliminating any carbon emission (and cost) due to power leakage.

4) Cost savings

Installation of the Mainline power track system to a classroom is much quicker and more than 20% cheaper than the installation of 20 double power outlets. Once installed, additional power outlets can be added for as little as $20 each – more than 90% more cost effective than having an electrician achieve the same outcome.

5) Australian innovation

As the 21st century classroom increasingly becomes computer focussed, the need for safe, flexible and scalable access to power will be of paramount importance. Originating in Australia and now patented around the world, the Mainline power track system is set to become the new global standard in power delivery. By showcasing this Australian innovation, our schools can demonstrate their commitment to revolutionising the learning environment and at the same time future proofing their classrooms for the demands of tomorrow’s technology.

Already receiving strong accolades from schools in New South Wales, the Mainline system is undoubtedly next generation technology. As stated by the IT Manager of one of the schools, “The Mainline system is as revolutionary as it is evolutionary.”

"We have installed the Mainline power track system in our Hawkesbury campus. Mainline system provides us with a scalable power system which will address the needs identified by the client which was to have a flexible layout for where they could add or reduce the number of power points as required. Fixed power points restrict this ability and Mainline provided us with an innovative way to solve the problem. The installation of this product provides a step forward and reflects this University's ethos of constantly evolving to the next level towards providing technologically advance and flexible solutions to our clients' requirements.”

"Provision of continuous power supply and the provision of safe access to power is always a key issue for us and has been an important factor in choosing this product. The Mainline power track system has solved this problem with access to power readily available at any point along the Mainline track."

-University of Western Sydney, New South Wales

"We have been trialing Mainline in our office spaces and it provides great flexibility in the work space. The adjustable adapters provide an easy to use system that allows for growth in the work space. It is great if you have a sudden need for more power, just add the adapters. In classrooms we see this product as a method of getting power to rooms without the need to add power points. As power requirements in the classroom change, then we have the flexibility to add or remove as required. This option also reduces the need to have electricians to be involved in the process of installing power points. Electricians would install the infrastructure and maintenance staff can add the adapters as required. We see this as a potential savings in infrastructure to our organization."

"We have installed the Mainline power track system in our library, classrooms and IT offices. Mainline system provides us with a scalable power system which will address our needs into the future. The installation of this product is a huge step forward and reflects our school’s ethos of constant evolving to the next level in our technology requirements.

With our increasing reliance on computer based learning, the need for uniform and safe access to power was becoming a key issue for us. The Mainline power track system has immediately solved this problem with access to power readily available at any point along the mainline track. Mainline is as revolutionary as it is evolutionary

The mainline power track system falls in the 'how did we get by without it' category."
