Manufacturing

• 100% of water used in the manufacture process is water recycled
• 100% of all waste material generated during Manufacture are recycled

Materials used

• All accessories are manufactured from non hazardous, full recyclable materials.
• The design and construction of Mainline enables all the different components to be separated and recycled. This is not possible with standard power points and building cables.
• The entire mainline system (track and Accessories) can be reused time and time again.
• Adaptors can be reused time and time again.

Energy saving

• The Mainline Track Design provides for effective heat dissipation which leads to less power required and therefore lower CO2 emissions.
• Less terminations compared to normal power circuits, which provides:-
• lower heat rise
• less energy needed to maintain rated current
• lower CO2 emissions
• Adaptors can be removed when not is use which eliminates circuit leakage and lower Co2 emissions
• 32 AMP rating Higher rating = minimal voltage drop, which means that less energy is needed to deliver the required power

• Mainline eliminates the need for additional cabling such as extension cords, and extra power boards all of which are either non recyclable or create extra wastage.
• Mainline eliminates the need to install obsolete power points in anticipation of possible future usage, thereby providing both environmental and cost savings.
• Mainline is 100% modular, which minimises waste and saves time and energy during installation
• Mainline can be un-installed and re-installed at a different site making it fully reusable. This not possible with existing power circuits.
• Mainline does not require painting or finishing
• Installation does not require glues, resins or adhesives
• Mainline is durable - Tested to withstand heavy impact – (5 joule), and is fire rated to 650deg
